TRANSHUMANIST STUDENT NETWORK (TSN) GETS NEW LEADERS

The election of the council of the Transhumanist Students Network was held last week for the two co-chair positions of the organization and our own Peter Adegoke the current president of the University of Ibadan chapter of NAPS emerged as one of the two co-chair with Tomás Arribas as his partner.

Peter Adegoke is one of the founders of the National Association of Philosophy Students (NAPS) Nigeria; he is a writer and some of of works have been published in local and international journals. his work on "Is Religion the Foundation for Morality" was recently cited in the Wikipedia Encyclopedia.

Peter is the founder and leader of the Ibadan University Humanist Society (IUHS), an affiliate of the Secular Student Alliance. IUHS is also a consultative member of the International Humanist and Ethical Youth Organization (IHEYO), and a member of African Student Transhumanist Network (ASTNET). Peter is a philosophy major at Ibadan University. Peter has also written for the SSA eNews.

Peter works hard to get international secular organizations to support his work and to connect with other activists all over Africa.
